硬泡聚氨酯外墙外保温系统 防火性能研究

从当今的技术发展水平和材料的保温效果来看,我国可用于建筑外墙保温工程的保温材料资源种类有限。目前我国外墙外保温工程普遍使用可燃的聚苯乙烯泡沫和硬泡聚氨酯,均属有机保温材料,具有不同程度的可燃性,但目前还没有找到完全可以替代它们的材料。实践证明,针对不同类型的外墙外保温系统,采取科学适度的防火构造措施,强调系统整体构造的防火安全,是解决我国建筑外墙外保温系统防火问题的有效途径。

1.保温材料的燃烧性能等级

根据GB8624–1997建筑材料的燃烧性能等级划分,保温材料的燃烧性能等级被划分为A(不燃)B1(难燃)B2(可燃)B3(易燃),参见表1。保温材料的防火性能或阻燃能力是客观存在的,而其所属的级别是根据人为划定的分级判定指标划分的。不同等级的保温材料具有不同的防火性能或阻燃能力。即使属于同一等级的保温材料,由于内在理化性能、加工方法的不同,其防火性能或阻燃能力也可能存在较大的差异。

对于硬泡聚氨酯、EPSXPS等常用保温材料,从目前的试验结果来看,使其达到B1级在技术上是可能的,但也只是处于刚好达到B1级的水平,问题是B1级的产品是否还能满足外墙外保温的所有技术要求。在实际工程中,对这三种保温材料的基本要求是B2级。目前我们面临的最大问题是很多B3级的产品在市场上销售、在工程中使用,客观上,这三种保温材料的燃烧性能介于B1B3级之间。
